| Abstract: | As dynamic crime is more and more prevalent, the relativity of detective domination should be emphasized. This detective thought based on the recognition of the dominative relativity can be translated into diversification and multi-levels cooperation of detection and be put into the jural process. That may promote the combination of detection and prevention of crime. |
