| Abstract: | A crime scene is the combination of the existence of people, things, time, and space that are related to the criminal act and the relationship among them. It is conposed of the key elements and their structrues. Crime scene is a systematical comcept, which is formed by the elements' relations to the crimianal act, but not a simple or regional one. To thoroughly recognize the elements and structure is the basis and necessary condition of establishing this scientific concept. The scientific and accurate concept is the theoretical basis of a good investigation at the crime scene. The guiding ideology of investigation should be based on the searching of the elements and the discrimination of structure as well as collecting evidence. |
