| 摘 要： | 网络时代使传统的大学生入党积极分子培训的模式、内容、效果面临着严峻的挑战，同时也在丰富培训内容、创新培训平台、加强后续教育等方面为大学生入党积极分子的培训提供了有利的机遇。面对这些挑战和机遇，大学生入党积极分子培训工作的深化应抓好创建党校网站、开发网络信息资源、创新网络培训方法这三项工作。

| Abstract: | In network times,the severe challenge has befallen the traditional training of university activist to Join the communist party in style,content,and effect.At the same time,the favourable chance was offered to the traditional training,such as enriching the content,innovating the platform,and strengthening the continuous education.In order to deepen the training,we should found the website of communist party,develop the resources on web,and bring forth the training method by web. |
