| 摘 要： | 我国农业大国的基本国情决定了没有农村的现代化,就没有整个国家的现代化。在我国新农村建设中,行政指导对于农村现代化的实现起着举足轻重的作用,这就要求行政指导必须与时俱进适应农村发展的需要,以促进新农村建设的迅速发展。
