百年来中国共产党领导和推进妇女工作的理念及方法创新

中国共产党成立后,中国妇女解放事业出现了崭新的局面。新民主主义革命时期,党在革命中直接领导妇女运动,把妇女工作整体融入其自身建设,融入其领导的人民军队建设、根据地政权建设等,高效推进了中国妇女解放的进程。中华人民共和国成立后,党领导下的妇女工作在强有力的政权依托下,逐渐形成了集中统一的整体思想和分工合作的科学方法,在国家政权建立初期显示出党解放妇女的政治决心和各部门践行妇女解放的现实努力。在社会主义改造过程中,集中统一的整体思想开始以全面规划的方式出现,并在1956年后的计划经济时期发挥出体制性解放妇女的优越性。改革开放后,党全面规划领导妇女工作的方法与时俱进,用中长期规划指导妇女解放和发展成为妇女工作的重要方式;分工合作、协调配合的工作机制在社会主义市场经济下不断创新发展,协调范围更加广泛,分工合作的方式和手段更加多元。十八大后,妇女解放和发展的相关工作机制在国家治理体系现代化中不断完善,顶层设计层面的规划更具前瞻性和引领性,分工合作的技术手段不断丰富。
