抗战时期章乃器经济思想经世性探微——一位非学院派经济学家的学术取向

A Probe into Zhang Naiqi's Reality-Based Economic Thought during the Anti-Japanese War- A Non-Academism Economist's Academic Orientation

After the Anti-Japanese War erupted, Zhang Naiqi's attention to the focus of economic problems had an obvious change from prewar because of the war economic system's establishment. Both his economist and statesman's status was signified. During the Anti-Japanese War, he could combine politics with technology very well. His economic thought was mainly manifested in the following three aspects:Firstly, his financial thought was full of people-oriented characteristics. Secondly, his wartime banking thought was to enrich the national strength. Finally,his industrial development thought took the principle of people's livelihood as guidance. His thought course had highlighted the political orientation in the non-academism patriot's ideology. Zhang Naiqi hadn't clearly accused of the National government's economic and financial policy at the wartime, but, there was no doubt that his traditional people-oriented political pursue was actually embodied.
