论司法公信力之塑造——兼论人民陪审员制度的价值预设与实现

人民陪审员制度通过吸收普通民众参与司法，有利于促进司法公正，加强司法民主，推进法制宣传教育，对司法公信力的塑造意义重大。但是当前我国司法实践中，人民陪审员制度塑造司法公信力的价值并未得到充分实现。笔者认为，人民陪审员制度建设主要应从提高人民陪审的广泛性、有效性等方面予以完善。

On the Molding of the Public Credibility of the Judiciary: the Presumption and Realization of the Jury System's Values

By absorbing common citizens into judicial process, the Jury system shows great significance to justice, judicial democracy, judicial education, and valuable to the molding of the public credibility of the judiciary. But the latter value has not been realized in practice yet. The authors hold the opinion that the jury system should be perfected, by enhancing its width and efficiency to realize the presumption of the jury system.
