| 摘 要： | 由欠薪引发的群体性事件是由人民内部矛盾引发的群体性事件中最常见的一种紧急事件,是当前影响社会稳定的一个突出问题,也是制约和谐社会构建的一个重要因素。对于由欠薪引发的群体性事件,应遵循处理人民内部矛盾的方针政策,坚持预防为主,做到防患未然。
