充分发挥现代刑事技术在侦查中的作用

刑事技术与刑事特情、情报资料并列为刑事侦查的三大支柱,重要性不言而喻。近年来,我国刑事技术部门在人员、技术、装备等方面获得长足发展。但是在服务破案、服务刑事诉讼,为诉讼提供证据方面,尚未充分发挥出应有的作用。刑诉法着重强调重证据不轻信口供,严禁逼供信,严格依法办案,文明办案,靠证据定案是侦查工作的发展趋势,刑事技术在侦查破案中的地位日益突出。
