| 摘 要： | 警察战术发展规律是警察战术活动在其发展过程中内在的本质的必然联系。研究并认识其规律,有利于不断的创新。通过对大量的战术创新的案例进行分析得知形成战术发展创新动力的主要条件、战术发展创新的主要途径以及战术发展创新的特点和战术创新发展的矛盾。

The article carries on an analysis of massive tactical innovation cases to learn the major conditions and ways of forming the tactical development innovation power as well as the characteristics and contradictions of tactical development innovations. |
