| Abstract: | This paper reveals the connotation of human resources management and argues that the concept of human resources management should be established in the libraries in colleges and universities on the basis of the analysis of the management of the libraries in colleges and universities: we should place more emphasis on the cultivation of the talents at different levels; understand the different needs of the librarians; standardize the management system in order to have a dynamic understanding of the talents. |
