| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了我国在加入WTO之后,行政司法审查制度中存在的问题,并认为应当处理好行政权与司法权的关系,保证司法独立,充分保护公民的诉讼权利,扩大司法审查的范围,明确司法审查的标准,确立司法最终审查原则,以完善中国的行政司法审查制度。
