| 摘 要： | 公安机关作为维护稳定的主力军,积极预防、妥善处置群体性事件,责无旁贷。但是,群体性事件所包含的内容十分广泛,其性质、表现形式、社会危害性都不尽相同,需要采取的措施也不一样。就公安机关的职责权限而言,重点是积极预防、妥善处置群体性事性。
