| 摘 要： | 我们通过设计一套"公安基层所队建设情况"的调查问卷(分为"民警问卷"与"群众问卷"两个部分),筛选出与"警察公共关系建设"相关的有用信息进行分析,发现了一些可能影响警察公共关系建设的深层问题:民警和群众对"有困难找警察"的口号、对警察的收入等都存在认知差异;还总结了民警和群众对上级公安机关出台政策措施的建议、群众对公安基层工作的期望等,以期为推进警察公共关系建设提供决策参考。

| Abstract: | Through the questionnaire of "the Construction Situation of Public Security Grassroots"(divided into "the police questionnaire" and "the mass questionnaire"),relevant useful information is screened on "the construction of the police public relations" for analysis and some problems are found having possible impact on the construction of the police public relations.The paper summarizes opinions and expectations from the police and the mass according to the questionnaire to provide decision-making reference for promoting the construction of the police public relations. |
