| 摘 要： | 当前的犯罪形势要求侦查部门加强创新意识,以应对刑事案件的高发态势,现场行为分析是根据犯罪过程中,现场、行为、心理之间的互动信息转移原理,综合犯罪现场物证痕迹、心理痕迹、分析案件发生的行为过程,刻画犯罪嫌疑人,为最终认定作案人及其所犯罪行提供依据的新的侦查方法。本文简要介绍了现场行为分析的概念、依据及其在侦查中的作用,并以辽宁锦州5.31系列杀人案为例,探讨现场分析在侦查中的成功运用。
