| 摘 要： | 当前城区各类刑事案件中,飞车抢夺案件发案率不断升高,严重危害了群众的财产安全和社会治安秩序。因而应在深入分析城区飞车抢夺案件特点以及该类案件侦查的难点的基础上,积极探索侦查飞车抢夺案件的有效对策,以夺取打击飞车抢夺犯罪的胜利。

So it is necessary to find effective investigative countermeasures according to the case features of robbing on speeding vehicles to achieve victories in cracking down on the crime. |
