| 摘 要： | 社区民警是最基层的国家公务员,他们与群众接触基本属于零距离,只要民警具备忠于 职守,关爱他人,廉洁奉公,诚实守信的人格魅力,其警务工作就能获得大众的支持、帮助,并形成 警民防范合力,创造良好的社区治安环境,进而以社区的小治安促进、推动全社会的大治安。

| Abstract: | Community police, the government officers at the most basic level, are most close to the people. As long as they possess such personality charms as being loyal to their duties, kind to others, honest and trustworthy, they are sure to win people's support and help. As a result, they two can unite together in preventing crimes to create a good public security environment in a community, thus to improve the public security of the whole society. |
