| 摘 要： | 教育训练是警察从业的基础和保障,目前存在性质模糊,体系混乱、学用脱节等问题,应该按照“设置合理、体系完善、学以致用”的方针进行正规化建设。正规化建设的核心是建立《警察院校教育条例》。
