| 摘 要： | 微量物证概念的界定是研究微量物证的逻辑起点,也是进一步认识其诉讼价值的关键。在刑事诉讼各阶段,微量物证的诉讼价值都能得到很好的体现,而更好地实现微量物证的诉讼价值有赖于微量物证鉴定的标准化和规范化,相关仪器的配备与维护,以及微量物证数据库和样品库的建立。

| Abstract: | Definition of the concept of trace evidence is the logical starting point for study of trace evidence, and it＇s the key for better understanding of the value of criminal proceedings. In every stage of criminal proceedings, the value of criminal proceedings on trace evidence can be well represented, and if we want to realize the value of criminal proceedings on trace evidence, we must depend on the standardization and normalization of operation, the provision and maintenance of related equipment, as well as the establishment of databases and sample database on trace evidence in trace evidence identification. |
