公安本科教育师资队伍人才建设的思考

目前,我国公安高等教育整体上在跨进本科教育时代。教育大计,教师为本。公安本科院校应该与时俱进,研究、谋划和做好公安本科教育师资队伍人才建设工作。首先,理清公安本科院校的基本定位,结合国家刚刚制定的教育和人才规划纲要,确定公安本科教育师资队伍人才建设目标。其次,与之相适应,做好师资队伍的人才培养和引进。同时,做好师资队伍人才的适用和待遇,服务和保障公安本科教育的良好开局和快速、持续、健康发展。

At present, the police higher education in our country is entering the age of undergraduate education as a whole. The police universities and colleges of undergraduate course should keep pace with the times,to study, plan and work well the talents construction of faculty for the police undergraduate education. Firstly, clarify the basic position of the police universities and colleges of undergraduate course, and to integrate the plan summaries on edu- cation and talents formulated not long ago, for defining the talents construction goal of faculty for the police under- graduate education. Secondly, adapt for the goal, to do well training and introduction of the faculty talents. And at the same time, to let the faculty talents have the applicable position and treatment, for the service and guarantee of good start and rapid and sustainable health development of police undergraduate education.
