关于公安本科院校法理学课程教学的思考

法理学课程对于培养公安院校学生的法律思维方式、法律理论素质和实际工作能力具有极其重要的意义。但长期以来,法理学课程并未发挥出预想的作用和体现出应有的价值。应在对公安本科院校法理学课程教学的基本现状进行理性思考的基础上,探讨在注重知识与理论传授的同时,如何围绕公安实践调整与规划法理学课程的教学框架,以期进一步提高法理学教学质量。

Thoughts on the Jurisprudence Course Teaching in Police College

Jurisprudence course is extremely important to train police college students＂ legal thinking, the qualities of legal theories and the abilities of practical work. But for a long time, Jurisprudence course did not play these expected roles and reflect the proper values. On the basis of rational thinking the basic situation of police college＇ s jurisprudence course teaching, at the same time of focusing on imparting knowledge and theories, we should explore how to adjust and plan jurisprudence teaching framework, closely around police practice, in order to further improve the qualities of jurisprudence teaching.
