| 摘 要： | 公安院校“体改生”的教育培养问题，是公安高等教育面临的一个新问题，如何搞好“体改生”的教学、管理与实践教学则是“体改生”教育培养的关键。在这种背景下，文章阐述了“体改生”的教学问题、“体改生”的管理问题和“体改生”的实践教学问题，并在阐述“体改生”教育培养有关问题的基础上，阐述了自己对“体改生”教育培养的不同看法。

Under this background, the article elaborates the teaching problems, the management problems and the practice teaching problems against the cadets, and further presents the author＇s ideas on the education. |
