公安学术期刊的大众化与实践性

改革开放以来，公安学术期刊队伍不断发展壮大，对公安工作起着积极的指导和推动作用，促进了公安理论研究水平的不断提高。但是，公安学术期刊的大众化和实践性问题一直困扰着我们。要解决好这个问题，必须明确三点：1.公安学术期刊的界定；2.大众化是提高公安队伍理论水平的关键；3.实践性是新世纪公安工作对公安学术期刊的必然要求。

Popularization and Practicality of Public Security Academic Periodicals

Since reforming and opening to the outside world, the ranks of public security academic periodicals are developing and growing steadily. They are instructing the public security work and pushing it forward. The theoretical research standard of public security is constantly rising. But all the time we are puzzled by the problems of popularization and practicality of public security academic periodicals. In order to find a solution to the problems, three aspects need to be clarified: (I) The orientation of public security academic periodicals; (II) Popularization is the key to rise the theoretical research standard of public security ranks; (III) Practicality is an inevitable demand for public security academic periodicals to meet the needs of public security work in the 21st century.
