对广州亚运安保中突发事件应对的思考

亚运会作为全亚洲人民的体育盛会,安全是成功的第一要素。在亚运会特定的时间和场所中如有诸如恐怖袭击、灾害事故等重大突发事件发生,无疑会给我国的国际声誉带来极大的负面影响。从目前广州市存在的突发事件的可能诱发因素来看,广州亚运组委会应当尽快建立专职应急指挥机构,制定应急响应预案,建立信息平台,构建全民防御体系,并同时进行综合模拟实战演习。
