| 摘 要： | 完善我国司法鉴定人法律责任,应该在明确原则性问题的基础上,确定司法鉴定人法律责任的承担主体,进而分别从刑事、民事、行政和秩序四个方面界定司法鉴定人法律责任的具体内容,最终在时机成熟时制定统一的司法鉴定人管理法。

| Abstract: | To consummate the legal responsibility of expert in China,we should be clear about the principle questions in the foundation,define the main body of legal responsibility of expert,then limit the concrete content of legal responsibility of expert separately from the criminal,civil,administrative and the order responsibility aspects.Finally,we can formulate a unified law of the management of the experts. |
