| 摘 要： | 当前,由于转型时期的社会矛盾错综复杂,人民警察执法权益受侵害的事件快速增加,成为新时期损害人民警察合法权益的重要原因之一。因此,系统地分析其多发的原因,深入地总结其表现形式及特点,并研究探讨人民警察执法权益的保障对策,对人民警察执法活动的顺利开展具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Currently, we have witnessed a large number of activities about infringement on the law enforcement rights of people＇ s police due to the complex social contradictions in the period of transformation. Therefore, systematically analyzing the multiple reasons of activities, deeply summing up the manifestations and characteristics of activities, ultimately proposing security strategies of activities will be of great practical significance for people＇ s police to carry out enforcement activities smoothly. |
