| 摘 要： | 近代体育运动经过百年奋斗，步入了鼎盛时代。然而繁荣和发展的背后往往隐藏着腐败和衰落，在竞技体育领域出现的各式各样的犯罪尤其证明了这一点。从理论上加强对体育犯罪的研究，认清体育犯罪的规律和本质，有助于我们找到减少和预防体育犯罪的对策，使我们在处理体育犯罪问题时有章可循、有法可依、处罚得当。
