| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济建设进程中 ,暴力犯罪尤其是抢劫抢夺案件的频发对经济发展产生很大影响 ,其负面效应严重阻碍了地区经济的繁荣 ,因此 ,开展打击双抢案件的专项斗争 ,遏制此类暴力犯罪案件的发生 ,是一项重要举措。
