| 摘 要： | 竞技体育领域内的违法犯罪已经成为妨碍我国竞技体育事业健康发展的障碍。要研究竞技体育犯罪问题，就必须先进行竞技体育犯罪人研究。缺乏这一前提和基础，对竞技体育犯罪问题的研究将步履维艰，甚至误入歧途。

| Abstract: | Rcently crime behaviors as well as behaviors seriously violating discipline and law in competitive sports have become prominent problems which keep China＇s competitive sports course from healthily developing. This paper made a systemic, comprehensive and deep research of competitive sports perpetrator issue, in order to find corresponding control countermeasures and perfect China＇ s sports law system, and search new research formulas for new type of sports problems. |
