| 摘 要： | 本文在整理了学术界近三十年对社会治安指标的研究状况后指出,当前的治安指标的设计存在概念不清、缺乏指标理论支撑、指标体系过于狭窄,缺乏代表性,并落后于大数据技术的发展水平等问题。以社会运行论作为治安指标体系设计的元理论,并以此理论为基点,以社会规范遵从程度作为评价社会治安状况的唯一的维度,将社会治安状况分为遵从、失序和违法犯罪三种状况,结合影响因素指标和后果指标,构建了由社会治安状况、影响因素和后果因素构成的指标体系。
