| 摘 要： | 当命案侦破工作出现僵局时,可以采用复勘现场、复析案情、复查工作过程、复查侦查线索、复查全案痕迹物证以及并案侦查、多案联办、打击现行、调整侦查队伍、强化组织指挥等方法和策略达到以谋克僵、以细克难、以广克滞、以智纠顽、以正纠误,从而快速突破僵局,使疑难命案得以及时侦破。
