| 摘 要： | 简易程序是刑事诉讼中的一个重要程序。简易程序设置如何,直接关系到被告人的一系列基本权利。我国现行的简易程序对被告人的基本权利重视不够,应采取更加完善的措施,以保障刑事诉讼中被告人的基本权利。

| Abstract: | Summary procedure is an important process in criminal procedure. How to arrange summary procedure is very important. It's in direct relation to a series of defendants' basic rights. The defendants' basic rights are ignored in present summary procedure in China. We should take more perfect measures to safeguard the basic rights of the defendants in criminal procedure. |
