| 摘 要： | 2020年颁布实施的《社区矫正法》明确了社区矫正工作坚持监督管理与教育帮扶相结合的综合管理原则,对我国社区矫正工作的开展具有重要的指导作用.针对目前我国社区矫正工作普遍存在的组织保障不健全、监管措施不到位、教育帮扶能力弱化等问题,应当以《社区矫正法》的实施为契机,提升社区矫正执行机构的专业化和执法队伍的职业化,完善监管机制,丰富教育矫正手段和帮扶措施,切实提升社区矫正综合管理水平.
