| Abstract: | The behaviorism pattern and the structuralism pattern are the basic types in the system of controlling monopoly in antitrust law. According to the status quo of China＇ s economy and the value and characteristics of stmcturalism pattern, the passage draws a conclusion that taking structuralism pattern is advantageous to perfect the antimonopoly legislation in China. |
