| 摘 要： | 我国在传统的计划经济影响下，警察机关被视为一个无所不能的机构，使社会对于警察的期望和评价标准过高，加重了警察机关的责任和工作量。全天候工作制使警察不能完成正常的角色转换，导致警察角色紧张和角色冲突，进而产生效率低下和职务犯罪。通过修改警察法，对警察职业角色进行重新定位，是保护警察合法权益，提高警务职能效率，减少腐败现象的必经之路。
