恐怖组织犯罪及预防

恐怖组织犯罪是指三人或三人以上,按一定的等级、纪律和信仰结合在一起,为了实现其政治或社会目的,采用爆炸、劫机、暗杀、劫持人质等残暴方法实施的犯罪行为。其特征为:1.暴力恐怖性;2.有严密的组织纪律性;3.有较强的政治或社会目的;4.表现出狂热的精神追求和盲目的思想崇拜。在此基础上,还从政治、社会、文化和国际司法合作等方面对恐怖组织犯罪的原因及预防进行了一定的探讨。
