侦查学逻辑起点探讨

关于侦查学的逻辑起点。理论界目前主要有三种观点。其中认为侦查学的逻辑起点是“刑事案件”的观点，以及认为侦查学的逻辑起点是犯罪事实的二重性命题的观点尚有几个问题待讨论，还需再斟酌。而认为侦查学的逻辑起点是犯罪行为的观点目前比较有说服力——此观点运用系统理论，从大系统到小系统，从外层到内层，逐层推导出侦查学的逻辑起点是犯罪行为。这是一个新思路，新视角。
