| Abstract: | The legal nature of "Ti-cun" is an extinction of obligation. Looking at the "Ti-cun" from the broad sense, the "Ti-cun" has an dual nature. It was the private law relation in between the creditor and the debtor, it was the public law relation in between the creditor and "Ti-cun" organ. |
