| 摘 要： | 随着农村地区摩托车拥有量逐年快速增长,当前存在摩托车驾驶人交通安全意识淡薄、摩托车交通管理还存在不到位现象及道路与交通安全设施建设落后等主要问题,切实加强交通安全宣传教育工作,推行道路交通安全社会化管理,科学用警并创新管理模式,把好摩托车培训与考核关,进一步完善道路与交通安全设施等措施将有效提升农村地区摩托车安全管理水平。

| Abstract: | It was existed some questions of the motorcycle＇s safety management in rural area in current.Such as the motorcycle driver＇s safety consciousness indifferent,the road and the traffic safety installation building fall behind and so on.Settling measures：tighten up the traffic safety propaganda and education working,carry out the road traffic safety socialization management,make innovations the management pattern,and strengthen the training and examination to the motorcycle driver,and perfect the road and traffic safety installation. |
