| Abstract: | Some progressive logos and systems indicate that the antenna of power of penalty presents the retreat tendency in today＇s China such as criminal policy of temper justice with mercy,restorative justice and community corrections.Anglicizing seriously these dynamic will help us regulate the launching and running of the power of penalty. |
