| 摘 要： | 正确处置各类群体性事件,是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。因此,我们必须主动掌握情报信息,充分做好“处突”准备;加强政策法制宣传,积极引导说服群众;建立民意表达机制,完善民主畅通渠道;认真区分矛盾性质,妥善依法处置问题。
