现场教学须在“五精”上下功夫——以干部院校革命传统教育现场教学为例

为了有效地开展现场教学，不断提升现场教学的水平，必须深入研究和探索现场教学的规律和特点，在钻研史料、取精华，锤炼教案、写精炼，声情并茂、讲精彩，倾注情感、做精细，重视反思、求精益等“五精”上不断锤炼，才能不断增强现场教学的吸引力和感染力，提高现场教学的针对性和实效性，使之在依托革命传统教育资源开展党性教育中发挥出独特的作用。
