建设与社会主义法治城市相适应的律师队伍——上海市律师队伍建设的现状与对策

社会主义市场经济条件下 ,律师工作的新特点主要表现为律师社会身份角色、执业组织形式、行业管理模式、执业环境的变化。当前 ,上海律师队伍建设还有许多不足 :思想政治建设缺乏力度 ,党建工作存在薄弱环节 ,人才结构层次还不高 ,执业纪律教育还需要进一步加强。司法行政机关加强律师队伍建设的基本对策是 :律师队伍建设必须坚定正确的政治方向 ;尽快填补律师党建工作空白点 ;以创建文明所为抓手 ,推进规范服务达标 ;加强执业道德教育 ,严肃执业纪律 ,加大惩戒力度 ;花大力气提高律师人才结构层次 ;进一步健全对律师的管理。
