| Abstract: | Current system of resolving medical disputes has lots of weaknesses. Strengthening the reliability of the technological appraisal commission about medical disputes is the fundamental requisite of appropriately resolving medical disputes. Putting "two-track system" into practice is an effective pattern of appropriately resolving medical disputes. The key of appropriately resolving medical disputes is uniform enforcement. |
