| Abstract: | The occurrence of legal force of sealing up the properties in civil implementation includes the time of occurrence, the elements of occurrence, and the term of occurrence. The range of the legal force of sealing up the properties includes the accessory properties and fruits of sealing up properties. Legal force of sealing up properties specifically includes legal force towards the creditors, legal force towards the executed party, and legal force towards the third party. |
