Research on Improvements of Supervision on Litigation of Procuratorial Organs

This article analyzes the problems existing in procuratorate＇s exercising legal supervision from the law and specific work,and then points out several methods of improvement,such as improving relevant legislation of supervision on litigation,highlighting the specific focus of supervision,making efforts to expand the channels of legal supervision,establishing reasonable performance evaluation and incentive mechanism of legal supervision,reforming financial system to ensure the independent exercise of prosecutorial power,and so on.
