| 摘 要： | 当前,囿于监督立法、监督主体、监督机制等方面的原因,诉讼监督工作仍然存在着范围不全面、行为不规范、监督时效性较差等问题。建立以公诉环节的案件流程和公诉工作管理为线索的一整套诉讼监督工作机制,才能确保公诉环节诉讼监督工作取得实效。

| Abstract: | At present,because of the limitation on monitoring legislation,the main of supervision,and supervision mechanism,there are many problems in supervision on litigation such as incomplete range,irregular actions,poor timeliness of supervision,and so on.Therefore,a set of mechanism of litigation supervision should be established to make sure that it can be effectively carried on during public prosecution according to the process of cases during public prosecution and the management of it. |
