| 摘 要： | 监管场所职务犯罪获取线索难、主体特殊查办难、案情线索掌控难,构建科学化、规范化的监所检察查办职务犯罪工作体系,应以坚定的法制观念和高尚的法律操守作为基础,以尊重事实注重证据为核心,并涵盖侦查方法科学化、侦查过程规范化、利用科学技术固定证据有效化为主要内容。
