| 摘 要： | 2020年3月1日起施行的新修订的《证券法》新增投资者保护专章,对解决证券市场中因证券欺诈等违法行为遭受损失的投资者救济问题,会起到重大的作用。文章分析了美国《1934年证券交易法》上公正基金制度及日本《金融商品交易法》上课征金制度,指出构建我国投资者保护机构应公正基金资金来源、公正基金管理与管理人、公正基金的分配。
