| 摘 要： | 法律赋予人民检察院批准逮捕权的目的是通过人民检察院对公安机关逮捕犯罪嫌疑人的活动进行监督,从而确保逮捕权的正确运用。文章通过对附条件批准逮捕的适用范围、判断标准等方面进行分析,并提出相应的改进建议。

| Abstract: | The aim that laws give people’s procuratorate the right to approving arrest is to supervise the public security organs’ activities of arresting criminal suspects through the people’s procuratorate,so as to ensure the correct use of the power of arrest.This article analyzes the applicable scope of the conditional approval of arrest and judging criteria,and then puts forward relevant recommendations for improvement. |
